Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gtv99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at gtv99.io and all related services, features, content, and applications offered through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the gtv99 platform, you confirm and agree that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You have read and agree to the gtv99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• You have read and agree to the gtv99 Responsible Gaming policy.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, recreational purposes only.

If you are acting on behalf of any third party, or if you do not agree to any of these Terms, you are not authorised to use the gtv99 platform and must exit the site immediately.

Eligibility

Access to the gtv99 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. gtv99 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to any person under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing and using the platform.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or personal voluntary exclusion agreement that prohibits you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of gtv99 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

Account Registration

To access the full range of gtv99 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the gtv99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to gtv99 support promptly.
• You must choose a secure, unique password for your account and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• gtv99 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify gtv99 support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. gtv99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account use where you have failed to take adequate precautions to protect your credentials or to report a suspected breach without unreasonable delay.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gtv99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made using approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and supported Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• All payment accounts used to deposit funds must be registered in the same name as the gtv99 player account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud control.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during peak periods, bank holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• gtv99 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control and applies equally to all players.
• gtv99 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods held in the names of third parties. Any such transaction detected will result in immediate account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

gtv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds are specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses via different accounts constitute multi-accounting and are prohibited.
• gtv99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will have its terms honoured, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Where gtv99 determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — including through low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — gtv99 reserves the right to void the bonus, close the account, and withhold any related winnings.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) and for the duration stated in the promotion's terms.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the gtv99 platform — including live casino games such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat; slot titles from providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe; and sports betting markets covering cricket, BPL, IPL, and other events — are governed by the rules of the respective game and provider.

• Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) games are determined by certified, independently tested random number generation processes. gtv99 does not influence game outcomes.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules and procedures of the live dealer studios govern live game sessions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, the round will be resolved according to the applicable game provider's malfunction policy. gtv99 is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical issues including internet disconnection.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In cases of genuine dispute, gtv99's trading team decision is final.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play" or "live" bets) are subject to the in-play betting rules applicable to that market. gtv99 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where it can be demonstrated that the player had access to information about the event outcome at the time of placing the bet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gtv99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; impersonating another person.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one gtv99 account, whether personally or through nominees.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to access, play, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing error identified on the platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the gtv99 platform as a mechanism to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts immediately suspended and will be liable for all associated costs and losses incurred by gtv99.
• Minors: Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any person under the age of 21 to access or use the gtv99 platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gtv99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of gtv99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gtv99 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any gtv99 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Use the gtv99 brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the gtv99 website without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of gtv99 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Privacy & Data

gtv99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account registration, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support purposes.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or game outcomes displayed on the platform.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gtv99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close a gtv99 player account, subject to the following conditions:

• A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gtv99 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
• gtv99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other players.
• Where an account is closed by gtv99 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, gtv99 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance to cover losses suffered by the platform or third parties as a result of the player's conduct.
• Accounts subject to active self-exclusion requests will be closed in accordance with the gtv99 Responsible Gaming policy. Self-excluded players may not re-register during the exclusion period.

Amendments to These Terms

gtv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, gtv99 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the gtv99 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. gtv99 recommends that players review the Terms at least once per quarter to remain informed of any updates.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of fair dealing.

gtv99 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. The platform's designated complaints team will review all formal disputes and provide a written response with findings and any remedial action.
